I just came to know about the site monsterindia.com, by the t.v. ad. I visited the site, make my login id, and register myself as I was looking for the job,imust admit that the site is best of all, a very good site, it contains all information about the jobs, the career advice, how to give interviews, how to make resumes by the resume builder, getting job emailed you daily, preparing your agents, letters, cover letters, posting any questions or queries, and lots of other things, but the main attractive and interesting part is the database of nearly all countries of the world to choose a suitable job for u, and than applying online to that particular job, it is really great, I had already applied for several jobs. and waiting for the replies.
