I am a corporate user of Monster jobs.I am dissatisfied customer of Monster Jobs.The customer service team is absolutely pathetic.
It is just to fool around with the customer.All packages that they design are just to trap the customers.
They have excellent service and follow up till the time the customer is closed.
As soon payment is received, the tone of the sales team just changes.They are not bothered about what you need, what problems you face, nothing.They are absolutely inconsiderate and the tone changes to arrogance as soon as you pay.So in short, Monster is pathetic, horrible and annoying.
