Its an Real JobMonster. Review on Monster

Hi guyz,

My todays review is for individuals who are searching for jobs and for them too, who are just graduated and thinking that I will uplaod my resume on these kind of websites and jobs will follow me like monsters in dreams.

Ya! It a Dream guyz,

This website Monster.com is as worst as Indian congress party, this job portal particularly this portal will screw your career if you will just belive in this. So dont ever belive there so called servicess, their are many new job portals which are really good and much effective, go for them.

After graduation from South India in 2012 I came back to Mumbai and I have heard this website name many time from,

individual who themselfs are looking for jobs, hence I was new in influence I too uploaded my well designed with latest format resume on this useless Monster.

I swear friends it has been more than 4 long years but I have not received an single call stating that "we got your reference from Moster.com". From last 4 years I have worked with 2 leading banks and 1 MNC and currently working for Textile import / export firm. And the reason behind this was I uploaded my resume on not only this useless website but on three more job portals.

After uploading my resume verifing my contact no and email Id on first hand I never received any call or even an text msg by the name of Moster.com.

But I want you to know once it was an leading job portal but from last many years it has just became an resume collecting website thats it.

But if you visit on website particularly you will never find any relevant jobs refered by them as per the requirement and details you have provided, even now when I visit it shows me jos for freshers that rediculous man.

They have very complicated profile formation method, their are not acurate and specified job field mentioned so that you can easily choose between your preferences. If you choose international companies even BPO jobs will be refered to you. I just dont understand after filling all the essential fields and specifically categoring and mention my prefernces, then how on gods name I am getting sales jobs marketing and jobs for other states when I have mentioned I am not willing to shift in my preferencess precisely on my profile.

Telling every espect and each detail will take more words and more of your time to refere, Hence keeping it short I will strongly recommend all the job seeker please stop relying on this website, it will not help you in any manner.
