Charlize Theron, plays Aileen Wuornos.

Christina Ricci, plays Selby Wall.

This movie is based on the story of Aileen Wurnos, who was the only women, who was convicted of being serial killer, (in 1989), in the United States. She was executed in 2003, (after murdering 6 men).

.:My Review:.

The movie begins with Aileen sitting under a bridge. She has been a prostitute for fifteen years. She plies her trade along the highways in Florida.

It is raining, and she is cold and wet. She's tired of living and thinking about committing suicide. She reaches into her pocket and finds $5.00, and decides to go to a bar to have a drink

At the bar she meet Selby. She looks so cute and sweet. Selby is a young lady who has been sent to live with her Aunt, because her parents think that she will be able to 'cure' her homosexuality.

Selby is a lesbian, and hasn't told any of the family. They become friends, and eventually Selby convinces Aileen to have sex with her.

Aileen falls in love with her, and she wants to buy Selby everything she wants. The problem is she is to old to make much money as a prostitute.

After Aileen's clients become violent, she kills him. Then Selby comes up with a plan, how Aileen can get the money. That's all I am going to tell you about this movie!

.:My Thoughts:.

Patty Jenkins, was able to bring out the best performances, in each of the roles.

The dialogue was smooth, and the music went well, with what was being shown on the screen.

The acting was brilliant. If you Charlize Theron, win the best actress award, at the Oscars this year, you would never believe she was the women who played Aileen, (I heard she promised the Director that she would gain a lot of weight if he gave her the role). When she is a prostitute, she looks like a women, but when she is with Shelby she almost looks like a man.

Christina Ricci is quite cute, and it is interesting to see how she seduces Aileen. At the end of the movie she will have seduced, (not in any other sexual relations), every one she come in contact with.

.:My Conclusion:.

In the end I wonder if Christina was the monster!

If I were an ugly Hollywood actress, I would be mad, at all the beautiful women, who are getting the roles that they should have got, (shades of Nicole Kidman with her long nose).
