How worse can it get? It was my daughter's birthday and we had decided to distribute the Monginis Cake slices in her school. I had ordered them at Monginis Cake Shop in Marol(Marol Maroshi Road) well in advance.5 days and that too by paying 100% advance. I reminded the shop staff when 2 days were left. To my horror, when I went to collect the same on the last day, I was told that the slices could not be arranged. The shop manager gave all stupid excuses to justify himself.
How unreliable can a shop be.and that too for an emotional requirement like this.dammit.it was my daughter's b'day. I was so dejected by the callous attitude of the gentleman.he didnt offer an apology and kept justifying himself. Wish the consumer courts in India were strong enough.I would had made him realise!
