I feel this review is:
They are the most unprofessional people I had ever come across my loan emi got delayed by two days and they imposed Rs 500 panelty. Their people called and threaten me to confirm exact date when I will repay the loan EMI. I paid my EMI along with panelty amount on 8 Aug and on very next day again they deducted my loan emi for same month. There is no customer service number available. Have sent them several emails reminder and escalated issue on their app but on one is bothering to revert. Never encountered such unprofessional people. Thinking to raise complaint to next level.
