Irresponsible Attitude After Sending Wrong Product

Big business houses like Mahindra spends millions to create their brand and advertise it but few junkheads or irresponsible people are ready to damage this name for 200Rs only. Irony indeed but a lesson for business houses who keep few people in email aliases instead of multiple people from a hierarchy.


The story begins when I visited momandme store near to Kalyani Magnum, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore. My wife liked some skirts which were on discounts but due to non-availability of the correct size, they told me to order it through online store.


I placed an order for 3 items. Firstly the website was showing 1 price on 1 page and other on other page. Contacted one lady and she said it will take some time to rectify it. She cancelled my order and told me to create another one once correct prices will be shown in the website. Below is the detail of the new order.

After this, wrong skirt was delivered to me against "40024122 Ombrydyed skirt with crochet lace, Blue." From this time onwards my ordeal started. Literally no replies to my emails. Contacting them on phone was also an uphill task as many times they do not pick up the calls.


Only respite was chat service on the website. Somehow after multiple follow ups, one guy from Gati couriers came and picked the wrong skirt. After that there is complete silence. I sent an email that guy had already picked up the wrong skirt so now you can send me the right one but no reply so far.


All customers beware: You will be punished like me without any fault. For any online store to make their name, the delivery and pickup should be smooth and incase of any order errors, the customer should be provided with the correct stuff promptly. Half month is over no respite to me. All mails sent to their email id happytohelp@mahindra-retail.com just vanishes. Is it a black hole or something ?
