I've ordered a part for my Yamaha two wheeler on 29th Nov, 2018. Got a message that it will be delivered on 3rd Dec, 2018. I was eagerly waiting for the product to be delivered. But on 3rd Dec I suddenly got a message, "Attempted delivery of your MOGLIX Surface shipment, but could not reach you. If you want it to be delivered today, kindly call back+91." . My phone is ON all the time but frankly I never got a call from them. I call back the phone number mentioned on the message twice, the person who pick up the call was not customer friendly and I came to know they are still in the warehouse somewhere in Delhi. How could they even sent me Attempted Delivery message when they never attempted to delivered the product? If MOGLIX is using a third party courier service, MOGLIX go for Blue Dart or DTDC which are more reliable and stop using the unknown courier service(it's the first time that I heard about the courier service company that MOGLIX is tying up with). I will wait for another 1 or 2 days, if not still delivered I will cancel the order(lucky enough that I opted for COD). It will be better if I go down to Yamaha center in Okhla, Delhi and get the part by myself. I've been doing online shopping for a long time now, but believe me this is the most worst logistics team that I had met till now. PATHETIC.
