Sorry to inform you but your cx and operation functionality does not work properly.
On 20th May, I ordered a chair from your website and paid Rs 4450 online through PhonePe
On 28th May, I got a call from courier to pay Rs 4427/- for this product.
I discussed with Gaurav Chatterjee, Head of your CX team and he resolved the payment issue and also commented to deliver the product before 30th May but I didn't get the product.
Again on 31st I called CX team regarding my problem and they connected with Logistics team:- Rajeev Chauhan.
They told me to deliver the product in 72 hours but when I open your courier pattern website it shows different date of delivery:- 30 on it shows 1st june.
And now 5th of June is showing I request Rahul sir to give me correct information about my order.
I have wasted a lot of my time on this issue if you don't give correct information then return me my money with interest.
Do not buy any product from this website if anyone reading my review
