Another e-commerce portal for industrial goods, Moglix.com is much like Tolexo. The site design is somewhat low key, and takes a little time to navigate. There is no site map available, but the products are segregated into categories right at the home page which makes it easier. Delivery is done nationwide, and products come with a cash back guarantee if the user is not satisfied. Though the website boasts of a 24hr customer service center, the service is poor and the executives are not always forthcoming. The products were not delivered on time, and when finally delivered, they were in bad condition. I would not recommend online payment at all, and the package should be checked upon arrival before making the payment.
