The salary in this company is very low and the work is very hard. And the material of this company like beauty care are not sold easily. There is no job security of your job. No career growth in this company becaues it dont have many branches and there boss is so strict. The work enviorment is not so good. But in this company growth career opportunities is very low. The ceo is very strict and rude to our employees.
