April month one of our consultant in my downline placed an order. after 10 days the parcel was delivered. there was 1 item missing, the product was shampoo. The complaint was raised to modicare immediatly and were told someone will resolve the issue. since then we are waiting but not action was taken. just because this I loose my active consultant which modicare hav no idea that how much efforts a consultant make to join people in modicare.
Another incident had happen in this month(jun) a nail paint were missing from another consutant. We rasied the issue to modicare but no action taken. I am sure that I am gonna loose him too.
Disgusting you guys are n your services. This is how u give them azadi. Now I am loosing my faith in Modicare. A best company known by their best services to its consumer not by the best product.
I would appreciate if someone from modicare can give to read this review and resolve this issue. else u gonna loose them all one day.
