Modi Hyundai at Thane present an appearance of sophistication on the outside. Their complaint/ service follow up system is good. Once you get lured and get into their service shop, the pain starts. Cars are retained for uncomfortably long duration, mostly for two days.
Their technical expertise is abysmal. Cars are to be taken back for re-repairs often. The only consolation is that parts replaced seem genuine.
Their technicians have the poor habit of breathing down and looking over their customers´ neck in prompting one to rate them as excellent. Looks like the customer ratings play a part in performance rating of employees, which is good, But not giving customers the time and privacy is bad.
