Modern College is located at Kohima, the capital of Nagaland. This college is purely private college. In every department, the number of faculty members is less because Teachers' salary is coming from monthly fees given by students. As College authority provides low salary package to teachers, NET/SLET qualified and Ph.D. holder teachers never join to this college. Therefore teaching quality is not so perfect. Average and below average group students only take admission here. I am requesting to the authority to rectify the above mentioned points, then then this college will be more popular like other good colleges.
