I planned to purchase a new celerio zxi car. First of all I visted maruti dealership near me which is karnal motor. They said to me the stock is over there is no celerio zxi is available.you have to book this car and after one month you will get the car. So I need car urgently becuase I cant wait for 1 month for my car.
After that I visited modern automobile which is situated in ambala gt road. When I ask from manager for this car to purchase he said the stock is available. For a little time a big smile on my face to hear my dream car available in stock. But after I tell to manager that I am from another city then he said I have to take an approval to sale car in another district. So I said to manager please take approval as soon as possible. But after 3 days there is no response from this dealership because of they are not interested to work more.
So I waited for 1 month and purchased my celerio car.
But this dealership did not values customers.overall opinion is bad.
