Worst site in terms of customer support .Inspite of sending 10-15 mails and opening atleast 10-15 tickets the site has no resolution .
They offer cashback to lure customers but in the end never pays the customer what they offered. When you mail or open a ticket the reply can only be understood by mobikwik team and they only know what they are saying.
I would rate it as the Worst site in the present E-Com industry.
