I had tried booking a PVR ticket on the 17th of Sept through the PVR app. The transaction had failed. Money was debited from the wallet and the ticket not booked. Owing to urgencies, I had to book the tickets with Paytm wallet(insufficient cash in Mobikwik by this time). This was a confirmed transaction and I received my tickets too(Paytm wallet also debited.
I have been contacting the Mobikwik customer service for over a month and a half(numerous calls and emails) and the replies I got was we would get back to you some day. At last, they put the entire blame on PVR stating they weren't refunding the amount back.
PVR- I sent them one simple mail 12 days expressing my concern, which was replied to immediately, saying they could see such a discrepancy and would refund the amount soon(Nov 1 email).
Its been a pretty long time and none of them are even least bothered. They probably expect customers to forget the amount. This has been a pathetic experience.
Users please keep track of the money in your account!
These people will never resolve the issue!
