Almost 2 years I am connected to MobiKwik. First it was only useful to recharge. But the matter of currency Demonitsn after the money transfer.I liked the service, When I request to put the Wallet Upgredtion, answer came in 13 days instead of 48 hours.Then I did not have to, after a few days when the matter and then add money to wallet. MobiKwik been disable my wallet.
No Good response came from customer care.
Solution you will ever say in 48 hours and ever Say Pls. make a call after 4 hour. my transection has 23rd Dec.16.
But I wait a good responce from mobikwick. I also provide documents are they require.
So want give a suggation pls. before upgrade wallet and then take a action.
