Worst customer service and the payment gateway. I tried to make a payment to one of their partner which got declined money deducted from my account but still not recieved the payment till now in my account it has been more than 30 days but stilll no update. Jolly Rogers supervisor in customer care and other customer care executive all gave false promises and none of the resolved my concern.
Till the payments are successfull there will be no problem but the real teast comes when such situation happen. I have made numereous calls to them but till date they have not even called me once.
I am planning to go to consumer grievance redressal to get my money backk. Trust with kind of ecommerce boom that our country is experiencing such substandard companies are the one creating bad experience in consumers mind and creating doubt for other companies as well.
