The worst experience ever had. I really can't say whether its the its their company policy to to cut the wallet balance of users as they can't manage their expense or is it that they use abacus for calculation instead. Simply speaking, students make better website as projects than mobikwik.
And what to speak about their customer service, Its like some Chinese person is sitting on the other end who just doesn't understand English and writes some generic reply to every query and more importantly mark it as resolved.
I wrote to their customer service and they accepted that the transaction failed on their part and I can use the amount for another transaction but who is going to update my wallet? I again asked them and its been so many days and without even answering my question they marked it resolved.
I would never recommend anyone to ever use this website.
