Mobikwik is offering cash back for recharges and other transaction in supercash.
Supercash is the amount of cash back which they wont add directly to the wallet, they add it seperately as supercash which should reach minimum of 100 supercash to use 5% of it for recharge, means if we have 100 supercash they provide 5 rs along with our transaction, and to reach 100 supercash we should transact atleast 1500+ rs from our wallet.
And they also have outdated recharge plans, I recharged for 20 rs for bsnl prepaid number as they shown that it was a topup recharge but it was a message pack, I thought it was new change of plan but the bsnl has announced that change several months ago.
I have 20 supercash in my wallet but there is no way use it and also they are providing very less supercash for recharges and other transaction almost 2-3% which takes years to reach 100 supercash only to use 5 rs from that.
Service and support of mobikwik is worst than any other similar websites, they dont have a proper updated recharge plans and their motive of giving supercash as cash back is only to cheat people, as they know that to use atleast 100 rs cash back customers should reach 2000 supercash which will take almost 10 years for a person who makes average transactions.
Information depth in this website, they dont provide complete information about the recharge plan, but they provide complete information about the cash back provided through transaction which is of no use.
Content is good they have every type of transactions available as they want to make good money but the cash back they provide for those transactions is worst than any other websites, other websites provide small cashbacks but directly to wallet which can be used for recharges directly but in case of mobikwik they made a good content of supercash to cheat people.
Not a user friendly website as they have outdated plans which made my transaction of no use as I recharged for topup and it came as a message pack and I dont send messages to anyone directly because now there are many options for online chatting, and the supercash provided which I have said many times is of no use till it reaches atleast 100.
Time to load is quick, the only use of this website is it loads quickly other than that it is a worst ever wallet for me, and the interface it has is bit complicated they have many unwanted options which should be removed.
And my request to mobikwik is to remove their supercash and add normal cash backs so that people can use that amount, I know mobikwik has gained a lot from this new trick which they applied to cheat people, atleast now they shoud do something usefull to customers who trusted them.
