There are multiple issues with the wallet. Every month I have to raise a complaint regarding the credits and debits where credits is more but that amount will not reflect in the wallet. So my advise to everyone is to verify your balance sheet. If you are using any promo code check that is credited within 24 hours if not raise a complaint immediately.
Mobikwik does not have any email id, the only option is to call to customer care and the minimum wait period is 5min. I have raised a complaint on 8May2016 but still the issue is in progress. Whenever I call them they are asking for 48hours to resolve the issue. My wallet has been upgraded last month(April 2016) but from their backend it is showing as not upgraded. I have attached the screenshot where it has been upgraded.
My personal recommendation is not to use Mobikwik instead go for paytm where I dont find any issues till now.
