Now a days many online recharge website launched in market . Maximum are not user-friendly . Some of these are worst, fake . Mobikwik is that type of website . It is a fake online recharge website .
Earlier I had used Mobikwik for few times . That time, I noticed that it have online one good point which is recharge process is too fast . It could successfully completed recharge . All other features are bad& worst .
Design of app is bad . I faced some trouble when I try to check my transaction list . Transactions are not given in details . As a result when I check a post transaction, it was a big trouble to understand it properly .
Another big problem of the app - It don't show properly that my transaction is pending or successful . If transaction is failed, then it okay, it clearly show failed . But, it don't specify which is pending& which is successful . Both symbol are same . Such that, if I do a transaction& it gone pending . In future, if I check my transaction list it show same . So, I can't understand my transaction till pending or not . It don't notify by SMS when my pending transaction gone successful . So, this is big doubtful feature of Mobikwik .
Many time mobikwik made false promises . Such I got a offer from Mobikwik, after successfully completed my transaction I checked that I didn't avail the offer .
Mobikwik is a big cheater . One time I have done a mobile recharge around 170/- or 180/- . That time it show recharge is pending . After few time I checked my mobile . I didn't find any successful recharge . Then I contact with their customer service team, they said transaction completed successfully . I said them that I checked my mobile carefully, there have successful transaction . But, said same again& again . As a result I had lossed my money .
Sometimes their unable to open . It show loading, then it was failed . For above many problems, I have to leave from Mobikwik . But, today when I try to log in my Mobikwik account . It show mismatch . When try reset password, it show my email id don't match with any wallet . Previously all time I used their app . This is first time, I have tried their website . Maybe their website is fake . As a result, I am unable to log in .
Their customer service also bad . After asking a question, they too many days( minimum 3 days) to reply me . Sometime they didn't reply .
Very recently, I noticed that many persons saying Mobikwik cheat with them . Some are saying Mobikwik deduct money multiple time for a single transaction . Some people saying, Mobikwik unauthorized deduct money from their bank account . My many friends faced too much problems from Mobikwik . Few days ago, Mobikwik sent me a offer in my mobile . I thought again I will back in Mobikwik . But, when I alert from these fake activities of Mobikwik immediately I have decided that I shall never back in Mobikwik . I don't want to waste money . I also say to all don't trust& don't use Mobikwik .
