I was using mobikwik for more than a year. Then I got a new phone and installed mobikwik again but there was an error coming soi called there customer care and was informed that there server is down and I should try after sme time. I tried after two hours and I got a pop up reflecting user disabled. called cc they asked to wait for 48 hours. I waited but nothing happened I called them again they said they are registering my complaint and issue would be resolved. I waited for weeks and then months and every time I called them they are giving me the same response.
Cheaters they are who ate away my 1500 bucks and are not ready to ctivate my account or refund my money.
I wish I could sue them in court.
I wish I could give negative rating in service and support
