I was doing an IMPS transfer of Rs. 10, 000 to my bank A/C. As a result, Rs. 10, 348.10(yes, 348.10 is the additional charges I had to pay) was debited from my wallet and it has been a week since then the amount has NOT yet been credited to my bank A/C.
I have raised this concern via the "Help" option on their app. Every time I am told that the transaction is in pending state.
However I have also checked with the Bank and there is nothing pending at their end.
Why would an IMPS take 7-10 days? They are not able to justify the delay. Their customer support is useless. Not sure how such companies get license to launch Mobile wallets.
