Now a days TV channel are flooded with ads of Mobikwik every now and then you see various offers of Mobikwik like, add 10 and get 75 even this ad comes in many of YouTube videos so here I am going to tell you truth about these offers.
APP DESIGN:
the design of the app is same as any other payments app so in this aspect there is no change in app layout all the options are easily accessible.
NO REAL CASHBACK:
the cash back in Mobikwik is not same like the one in paytm or phoepe but they give you supercash, which tends to be of no use.
NON TRANSFERABLE CASHBACK:
the cashback or supercash cannot be used to transfer from one wallet to another so even if you are having supercash you need to add more money to transfer the amount.
CASHBACK EXPIRES :
the supercash expires If not used within specified time period which I feel is a very useless rule.
CANNOT BE USED FULLY:
moreover in One transaction one can use only 10% of amount as payment so as forcing the users to again and again do transaction using Mobikwik moreover for bill payment and recharge only 5% of this will be used, this is nothing but the are just fooling customer.
LIMIT ON TRANSACTION USING SUPERCASH:
moreover one can do only 3 translation using supercash in a day and maximum of 20 transaction in a month so keeping in mind the validity of supercash it cannot be fully used.
CONCEPT:
there concept is just to trap customer any customer who make any transaction on Mobikwik once for supercash is forced to again and again do transaction in order to use the supercash.
CANNOT BE EASILY USED IN STORES:
If anyone is thinking that the Mobikwik supercash can be used in stores than he is wrong ad Mobikwik is not as popular or as widespread as paytm so one may not find many stores using paytm.
OVERALL VIEW:
Overall I would say that the app offers are not as good and as they seem to be it would be better to use apps like paytm or phonepe.
