Done some transaction using Mobikwik Wallet on 29.3.2015 on Shop Clues. Payment page was showing 100% Cashback on transaction done Max.Rs.100/-. Done few transaction & received Cashback link from Mobikwik.
Cashback sucessfully credited in account 29/3/2015 & on 30/3/3015 all Cashback mobikwik suddenly deducted from wallet without my consent.
On raising ticket they replied that there were some technical glitch in the system as a result it was showing 100% cashback.But actual eligibility was only 10% so balance 90% they deducted themselves.
How can Mobikwik touch customer wallet.? I placed the order because it was showing 100% cashback. Now some of the orders are already dispatched & unable to cancel the same.
This is very bad to deduct wallet without consent from me.
Cant trust Mobikwik anymore.
