Tried to book train ticket using Mobikwik. money got debited, but ticket wasn’t booked. I am still clueless where is this 1700 Rs now. By the time they credit the cash back, tickets won’t be there. And the money won’t come back to the bank account, but only to the wallet. I won’t recommend this wallet for big payments at all.
may be for dominos etc, I will continue to use, but never again on IRCTC like time critical platforms Worst Customer Support. my mobik wallet to purchase same stuff from other site. & got deducted from my bank account, but money not reflected in the wallet.
Then I raised a ticket as well as sent a mail for the issue to mobikwik customer support. but after 3 days no reply from their customer care. very bad Experience while booking train tickets.
I have tried to avail several of the offers being run by Mobikwik. I added money to my wallet several times just to find that the Cashback Promo was not working!
I have created a Complaint Ticket with Mobikwik but havent received ANY reply from them. I am sure they are not as busy as PAYTM! so new mobikwik users…be careful! You can visit their facebook fan page. each offer is followed with SEVERAL comments regarding complaints relating to cashback issues!
Will wait for their reply for a day or 2. If my issues dont get resolved within reasonable time i’ll say goodbye to mobikwik!
