Mobikwik gives some cashback offer as Super Cash. But it is actually a cheat with the customer. I had purchased medicines and paid through Mobikwik. As a result of the offer of the concerned online medicine shop I got cashback of Rs 122 as Super Cash. But when I did another few transactions though it and wanted to use the Super Cash I saw that Mobikwik only allowed a little percentage of the Super Cash amount to use in the payment. Sometimes it is Rs 15, sometimes Rs 3.
That means I can not use the Super Cash as I wish.On the other side, there is validity of super cash. Rs 92.70 has validity till 16th Nov and the remaining Rs 22.50 has validity till 16th Dec.To utilize Rs 92.70 I have to make an purchase of minimum Rs 2000. Still I can not say that it will be fully utilized.
This amount can not be transfered into bank. You can not transfer it to other person. You can not utilize it totally to buy products. Other wallets in the market don't have these restrictions. So why we use it?
