Mobikwik.com is a decent website in terms of value add, where one can get quite a few discount options. The navigation of the website is also good, and the helpdesk/support is quite prompt. I have never lost money due to a cancelled transaction.
They have a system called BALANCE, where any discounts or refunds in case of transaction failure gets credited for future use. Go for it.
