Hassle while paying with Mobikwik App. Review on Mobikwik

Issue:

I have ported my number to Reliance and they asked to pay via subject mentioned app for bill payment to get a rebate of Rs 75. I have made payment in April for which Rs 24 super-cash was provided instead of committed amount and each bill they are adjusting INR  2 instead of full amount.  The experience I got after installing and making payment via app is mentioned below:

May 6th: On the due date I made the payment via app and it got refunded.

May 15th: Reliance barred outgoing and incoming due to non-payment. The complaint was launched to reliance same day and they confirmed payment will be reflected within 72 hours. All of my important transactions which are linked with this number was suspended. I was not able to receive any messages nor able to make calls as I made a fault of providing postpaid number for important

For these 3 days of hassle I got, even if making the payment on time is mentioned below:

1.  Bank accounts important update messages which are linked with the number blocked by RELIANCE CORPORATION. EVEN THOUGH MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS RS 1000 AND IT SHOULD NOT BE BLOCKED. LAUNCHED COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM.

2.  Incoming and outgoing blocked and need to make calls from a prepaid number for which recharge of  INR 50 was done.

1. Mobikwik corporate office visit experience: I have to spend 800 bugs for transport in order to visit the corporate office in Gurgaon as I live 47 km apart. Also, need to take leave from office. The representative states my fault as I didn’t check the refund when provided without understanding the overall impact from operator’s end where the transaction was declined twice even if paid on time. They said as good will gesture INR 100 will be credited.

MY FAULT TRUSTED    RELIANCE    TO GET    CREDIT OF    INR 75   INORDER TO PAY VIA THIS  THIRD PARTY ONLINE PAYMENT APP RECOMMENDED.

A solution for readers of this message:

Always pay via Telecom Company’s app even though third party app gives a discount as overall it will impact your pocket, time, traveling hassle which you were thinking will be avoided. There CEO’s are coming from very reputed family and are not educated properly in various reputed universities which charge hefty fees for their education. They do not bother about these hassles customers get nor train the representatives to give the credit instantly when a customer states these issues after checking the address of the customer.

Government action: Company Registration cancellation which is charging taxes from such companies and from my income for these transactions. My request from the government, I should get credit of INR 5 per minute of loss being done as per days in order to teach a lesson to these app-based companies eating the money of million customers in INDIA who cannot visit the corporate office and they will give goodwill gesture of INR 100 for all such hassle. Also, ask them to send these corporate heads to government funded customer service centers and teach them how to give service to an aware consumer in INDIA especially in metro cities.
