I have recently started using Mobikwik and was in between making some travel bookings, I tried logging into my account which was already saved in to my google password manager, so that I dont have to type my password every time.
I was not able to login the 1st time "Invalid credential"
I tried entering my password manually and again same message "Invalid credential"
and then finally my account got blocked which was very annoying.
Called up their customer service number which is no where mentioned in the app(thanks to google) informed them about my issue and got an amazing response it would take 2 to 3 working days to fix the issue.
It was so annoying requested call to be escalated to the next level, the next person I spoke to Mr.Tushar - Floor supervisor(didnt sound like one) did not gave me any proper commitment and was worse than the 1st guy I spoke to, his agent sounded more trustworthy than him.
Please be a bit professional and do your work with some responsibility.
It is a good way of earning some extra profit on the side, block peoples account for no reason for 2 to 3 days and they you can use that for your own money rolling.
