This is on behalf of my dad.
My dad, he doesn't have his email id and no mobikwik account as well. His SBM(State Bank of Mysore) Debit card was hacked by some mobikwik user. There were 720 Transactions from his debit card has happened each of 49Rs. That is total of 35, 280 Rs has been debited from his account.
No OTP was generated for these transactions.
Date of Transaction: 03April2016(Sunday)
Total no of transactions: 720 transactions(starting from 12:01:59pm txn# 040307345790 followed by txn# 0403nextisbest93673 and so on. and the final txn# 040307435670 at 02:47:59pm).
I have send out a mail to fraudalerts@mobikwik.com on the same day. But there is no response from them till now.
