Hi,
I have paid for my recharge, but have not got recharge done. I understand that this happens at times. But even after 5 days there is nothing done. When contacted with Mobikwik customer care, they didn't even care for the customer nor did they solve the problem. This is much worce and better this company learns some lessons from freecharge and paytm.
Also, "this great company's" customer care number hardly connects or it will be busy.
Such a worst customer service.
