Do anyone know about this handset? Can you help me. Review on Mitsubishi Trium cosmo

I bought this set (Mithsubishi Trium Cosmo) three months back. After 25 days it got locked automatically, since then I tried to get it mended and asked several service centers if they can do it for me. No one is able to help me. They say they don’t have software neighter data cables. I contacted online service center for Mithsubishi but the address they gave to me (in Delhi-Nehru place) it has already been closed.
