Hi friend, Mitsubishi is renowned company in field of electronic. this product is amazing. cooling power is awesome. only 5 minute it cool a medium size room. it has a turbo mode that quikly cool the room. body is robust and shiny. it comes in two color: white and grey. it make less noise in running condition. I am very satisfied of its feature. it is easy to operate and install . customer support and service is good. when you complaint then within 10 minutes you will get response from company. price is affordable . in this price range, it is a good product. I recommended this product.
