The operation is quiet, and the cooling is very effective. Great advantage is that it has heating facility also so no need for a separate heater in the room. Be careful that it uses R134A coolant gas and not R32 like a lot of other ACs in India now, performance wise not much difference but dont want to mix them up if it ever needs to be filled! On the whole Im happy with my purchase even though it was more expensive than most other in its category!
