For Christmas I got a Candle Maker Candle Maker and of course this set me out to find candle supplies so I could make my own candles. I usually just use old candle wax, re-melt it and I?m done.
However, I wanted to try to make my own from the ground up. One of the places I went to was Ebay and of course found a lot of stuff but I still wanted some more things. So I went to https://shopping.com and searched from there and they provided me with several craft stores. The one I choose had the best prices including shipping and handling for what I wanted. Here is that store now.
The Online Store
http://www.misterart.com is a store full of wonderful arts and craft items. You will certainly always find a very busy home page. Links across the top will take you to various categories the store has available. Home, Art Supplies, Craft Supplies, Books and Videos, Gift Ideas, and Kids Art Supplies. Each bringing up a different page.
On the left hand side of the page there are links as well that break each of the above categories down a little more to make your search a little easier. I used the search engine the site offers when I first started looking for candle supplies. What I found was my dream! There were all sorts of candle supplies and I truly could not go wrong.
Each item was described so that I understood easy enough and the price was shown after clicking on the product link along with more detail of the product. I could add to cart the items of choice with no problems and I could check my cart any time. In fact you can see your cart on the top right hand side of any page.
On each page you will find the links across the top of the page as well as the index links on the left hand side of the page, however, these links are for the specific page you are on and of course each will take you to yet another page of detailed product information.
Other Stuff
You can also sign up for emails from https://misterart.com to always be informed of sales going on. When an item is on sale you will see it marked in red with the percentage off amount.
You can also find on the right hand side of any page your links that will take you to your Account, Help, New Arrivals, Affiliate Sign Up and others.
Setting up an account was also easy to do as well as safe. All major credit cards accepted. You can also find their 800 number across the top of any page should you have any questions before ordering.
If you click on the Help link found on the right hand side of any 0page you will find out information on the shipping and handling options, gift certificates, contact information, etc. The shipping and handling will vary depending on how much you spend. They do offer a new Economy rate now.
How I Feel
I really enjoy this online store. I actually look at it several times a week to browse their products because they have so many neat things. Placing my order was so simple and easy to do and I got my order within a week of ordering.
I am also impressed with this online store because of the way it is laid out. It is simple to follow and find your way around. I also like the Gift Idea part because it helped me to decide on some things for other people as well as things for my church. The Gift Ideas offers suggestions for the Fine Artist, Young Artist, The Crafter, Browse by Price and Gift Certificates. I like the Browse by Price the best because it offered gifts for under 25.00; of course there are higher priced gifts.
Over all https://misterart.com is a wonderful online store for Arts and Crafts and I think it is fun to just window shop. I also like this store because as I look at specific items they offer me May We Suggest which gives me the opportunity to look more and make my choices wisely.
