I did not have much expectation about Mission Istanbul but after watching it I must say that I have enjoyed it.
I won't say that the plot made me spellbound or casting was outstanding, but this movie had some tricks which impressed me.
The comical way George Bush was portrayed in the movie was really hilarious! Can't remember if any other Hindi movie went to this level .
The director(Apoorva Lakhia) did not try to distort facts about terrorism by trying to protect any community (you know what I mean).
It shows how RAW (=Indian CIA) sends one its members to get inside information of terrorists - and also how they are killed when caught!
Fights scenes (though sometimes bit ambitious and unrealistic) do make thrilled feeling.Story goes like this:
Vikas Sagar (Zayed Khan) is a brave journalist of Aj Tak (why do all Hindi movie actors work for Aj Tak only?) who is upset after aacrimonious divorce from his wife.
