I had the worst experience with them and still fighting to get my money back, just wanted to share in case you may not fall into their dirty tricks . This may sound as rare case but I bet you better check your car receipts and bills once again. There will be chances that you are charged more.
Actually, I bought a Zen Estillo from them around 2 months back with good price deal and left for another country. They didn't give me bills for car and accessories initially and told me that they will be sent to my house. But, when I came back to India after 2 months I found that they haven't sent my bills. So, I personally went around them for couple of times to get my bills and receipts.
This is where all my innocence and their cleverness came out. First, the sales representative collected 3000Rs for loan processing but this was deducted from banks end. Secondly, the same sales executive charged me another 3000Rs for tubeless tires instead of original normal ones. This was not done which I found out when I didn't get a bill for it. Thirdly, I got alloy wheels fixed which are not proper and the spare tire doesn't have a bolt to hold on so it jumps on every bump and hump. The service person said that the alloy wheels are not perfect fit(These I bought from them only and were meant for Zen Estillo).
Finally the ultimate one was that they gave me bill for an amount less than the actual car price. For which they said its a mistake from their end and also gave me extended warranty as they found some excess amount being charged.
But point is, this didn't settle my 3000Rs(loan processing fee amount) + 3000Rs(tubeless tires) as the sales representative had left the job and I paid him bearer cheques (dealer says all payments should have been made to them only, but when the sales person says that these are dealt by 3rd person and needs to be paid separately then any person in this world will believe as I did).
Since this amount is paid to the sales representative the dealer said he is not responsible for it.
The lesson I learned here is that never ever pay anyone bearer cheques nor trust sales people.
Okay, twist is that the sales representative had cheated even the dealer and left with the money and dealer is not taking responsibility for the fraud done by his sales executive. I lost money because of buying car from this showroom otherwise my money would have been safe.
I called many times to the dealer to find about my money but the management people are avoiding me.
They should have minimum courtesy to at least respond to their customers (who got cheated).
Strangest of all is that I escalated this issue to Maruti(Their response is also very slow) and the local Maruti sales manager is taking dealer sides.
