Amazingly Customer Organization. Review on Milky Mist Paneer

I had a very good experience with Milky Mist. In fact they turned around a bad experience to delightful one. We have been buying Milky Mist products regulalrly and consider them as a'Premium'.

I had bought 500 gm Milky Mist Salted Butter from a reputed Retail chain. Unfortunately on opening the packet, we found that the product had gone stale; probably because of the cold chain issue at the Retailer.

Couple of days back, I dropped an email to Milky Mist, expressing my disappointment with their product. I guess they swung into action immediately. Within few hours I got a call from Mr. Srihari, their Sales Manager, Bangalore. I also got a call from their HO.(My bad; I missed to ask her name.) Srihari followed up with a call yesterday and they sent a replacement product home delivered by Mr. Prahsant yesterday evening.

This is customer service. How many MNCs in India would have done this? It would have been easy for Milky Mist team to blame the Retailer(who is most likely the culprit because of poor storage) and asked me to approach them. I guess a small company from Class B city has truly instilled value of'Customer Satisfaction' in their organization; a rare instance in India.
