I am using Microtek Inverter, I am facing a problem with the Inverter since last many days, and I had complained about the Microtek customer care. The first complaint logged on 28th May 2020 to Microtek Inverter customer care, they informed their person will attend my complaint by 30th May 2020. And on 30th May no information and no one come to attend my complaint. Then on 1st June 2020, I made complaint again, and then I called to Service Provider of Lakhisaray Bihar, his mobile no. is: 7618666739, but still no one from Microtek came to attend the complain.
Now I am getting frustrated, and I have complained to Service Provider again, but still they are saying technician will visit at you place by tomorrow. In morning around 10:00 AM, daily I used to call to Service Provider, they said tomorrow the technician will visit to your place. I don't know when their tomorrow will over. These are the worst service, I ever had in my life.
