Being an ardent fan of Microsoft products, I bought a Microsoft surface pro 4 laptop on 10/8/2017 (Serial no. 030754261553) from Amazon India. Immediately after expiry of warranty of one year, it started showing screen flicker problem. When I browsed the Internet I learnt that Microsoft had initiated a replacement offer for lap tops with screen flicker issue. When I contacted Microsoft, they asked me to dispose it safely as there was no service in India. It was bought with my hard earned money. So I am still using the product. It is a big embarrassment in office when I have to use it for presentations. My wife says sticking with the device Will do more harm to my eyes. Now the keyboard has also stopped working Even now when I tried to contact Microsoft they say service is not available. I tried different addresses still no response.
It’s my earnest request to all customers not to go for Microsoft laptops in India.
