With lot of hope I purchased Microsoft lumia 640XL LTE from their authorised dealer Saravana Stores, Chennai by paying 16100/- on 30th October. The very second day it started to show problems, MIcrophone not working, the phone became completely useless in just 2 days, dealer refused replacement and directed me to service center and after a heavy convincing they made it okay . the problem started reappearing after 2 days .
The service team has taken my set for providing a solution now its 6 days and not a revert from them.
My sincere request to all of you is to stay away from this product as the life is just 2 days for this Handset.
