Really feeling disappointed while writing this review as I am a great fan of Microsoft products. I purchased a Microsoft earphone for my lumia phone a month ago but I am really disappointed with the product quality and the cheap material used in this product. I purchased the earphone from an online store for INR 499/- in the month of October 2017. Just after two weeks of normal usage the sound quality gets affected and the the wire started tearing off. And to my surprise the earphone get completely damaged in the third week of purchase. I am really confused that how can such a big and trusted brand are making such kind of cheap products. Really really disappointed.
