Customer service is very very worst.
There is no doubt, Micromax phones are too good, that too in such a cheap rate. But, in case of service, first thing u need to find the service center which is WORKING. 50% service centers are not working, then many service center do not have the full authority to repair phones.
Finally, if phone has some hardware issue, then you need to wait 25 DAYS. Service center guys directly tell us that if you want your phone to get repaired, you will get back the phone in 25 days, also may be more than a month may be required. I was shocked to hear this!
Now I am still waiting to get my phone.
Someone please tell them, I have bought my phone to use for myself and not to visit service centers again and again.
