Micromax- Cheaters like Anything. Review on Micromax

I thought atleast the company would try to address the issue. But now I have understood that even the company is hand in hand with the customer centers. Have some sort of shame on you Micromax! You are just behaving like some street vendors offering cheap products. I really pity your new brand ambassador Hugh Jackman of having to represent a company like yours where customers' grievances are not addressed and on the contrary being fleeced by selling roadside quality products at a so called reasonable price. Somebody has rightly said that'Raste ka Maal Saasta'.

I appreciate that person who has coined this phrase because this really suits your company's image of not properly adhering to the customers complaints. Even I committed a big blunder of having purchased your cheap product. So this is it. Now I have realized your worth( a big zero). From here on, I will stay away from your cheap products and go for international brands unlike your roadside brand. I will even go to the roadside stall to purchase any accessories if I have to but still will not touch your worst products  . Because ultimately you belong to their level only.

So, it does not make any difference at least for me  I will also make sure that I restrain my close friends and relatives from buying your products otherwise even they have to go through all these useless and disgusting processes. And hey don't get too complacent of having fleeced and cheated a genuine customer. Everybody makes mistake only once. I have made the mistake once of having to purchase your product. Not anymore. Similarly will be the case for many others.

Ultimately your company's fate will be similar to Nokia who has been robbed of its market leadership which it thought will not be possible. Even your company may have to pay for this Complacency of fleecing the customers. Today's customers have become more intelligent than ever.
