I had come across terrific poor service from Micromax. It has worst service.
I had given my mobile for repairing, executive informed me that it will take 45 minutes. Today now 35 days are over. I keep on asking status and keep getting new date.
. NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL AT FIRST CALL. AFTER RECEIVING NO REPLY FOR 4-5 TIMES, SOME ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE AND WILL ASK ALL DETAILS. AFTER THAT HE/SHE WILL ASK TO CALL BACK AFTER 10 MINUTES. AGAIN KEEP DIALING THE NUMBER.
. SERVICE CENTER IS NOT OFFERING JOBSHEET NUMBER. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, EXECUTIVE DUMBLY KEEP ASKING JOB SHEET NUMBER WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING SITUATION.
