My Name is Gitesh Mane I had bought Canvas Gold online from Snapdeal on Dec Monthafter 5-6 month its not showing any network in my phone, then I had visit nearest Service Center on 20/07/2015 in Vashi Enterprises, Thane - Maharashtra with job sheet no. W030578-0715-18033826. They told me it is having Motherboard problem which will solve by company it will take 20-25 days to return phone. I have no option that time.
After 25 days I had visited Center office they told it is in company will take more 15 days to return. Again I wait 15 days and visit office again they said it is in process it will take 15 days more to return handset. they told me to contact Company head office. so I cantact them they are also told me that it will take 15 days more to received the handset. I had also lodge complaint in your service center complaint No. is 280815831933.
I m frustred now, its very poor service provide by MM.
Please I suggest you don, t waste your Money for advertising your Mobile phones if you are not able to provide good service to your customer pls
Pls look in to this matter and return my handset as early as possible
