I am facing a lot of problem with my Micromax cellphone . The officials of Micromax service centre are illiterate and stupid.
It has an inbuilt software named software update but the funny thing is that you can't access to that.
I strongly recommend not to buy product of Micromax.
My phone switched off at least 10 to 15 times in a whole day and the speed is as slow as tortoise such a stupid phone.
I never get any software update in my Micromax Canvas 2.
It is a third class mobile and the service is very bad
One important thing we all should take care of that Micromax mobile are the damage mobile I bought Micromax Canvas 2 and after 2 months only my mobile display is damaged I was very much frustrated.
The devices are overpriced as per their performance.
Micromax customer support services don't know how to give after sell services.to their valuable customer.
